Project Coordinator/Project Manager – Cybersecurity/SaaS Deployments

Support the rapid and concurrent deployment of Cybersecurity and SaaS-based technology solutions. This role will manage a portfolio of 15–25 structured, fast-moving projects, each lasting between 8 to 12 weeks, with a strong focus on template-driven delivery, compliance adherence, and repeatable success. This is a dynamic opportunity for a project professional with experience in cybersecurity implementation, SaaS platforms, and governed delivery models to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Oversee the end-to-end management of concurrent cybersecurity and SaaS deployment projects. Ensure adherence to prescriptive project templates, standard task lists, and compliance checklists specific to cybersecurity frameworks. Drive project execution by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining accurate project plans, and tracking milestones. Monitor and manage project budgets. Maintain clear communication with clients, delivery teams, and leadership. Escalate risks, issues, or bottlenecks proactively. Coordinate security and compliance-specific project deliverables. Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned.
