Role Overview:

• The Paid Social & Creator Senior Manager owns end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and emerging platforms, as well as paid influencer partnerships.
• Accountable for scaling efficient new-shopper acquisition in a heavily regulated vertical, with creative iteration as the primary performance lever.
• Sits at the intersection of media buying, creative, and culture, turning cultural moments into measurable growth.

What You'll Accomplish:

• Drive efficient growth in First-Time Shoppers by concepting, testing, and iterating ad creative at the cadence of modern social buying.
• Serve as key partner to the Creative team, translating performance signals into clear briefs and feeding learnings back into future concepts.
• Maintain rigorous channel hygiene and compliance, navigating platform policies and cannabis regulatory landscape.
