About the role:
- We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid social efforts across Mexico and Canada.
- This role will own end-to-end strategy and execution with a focus on building full-funnel programs and rigorous experimentation.
- You'll play a key role in scaling campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and emerging channels like Reddit.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social with expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV.
- Experience managing paid social budgets across Mexico and/or Canada.
- Skilled in building campaigns directly in platform-native tools.
