The Events Manager will manage and deliver all meetings-based projects, ensuring projects are delivered to budget, schedule, and quality, involving approximately up to 12 domestic/international or virtual meetings annually, potentially outside standard hours. This role includes providing internal project leadership on event projects across client accounts, serving as the principal day-to-day point of contact for event and onsite management, faculty management, financial management, and compliance.
The role requires flexibility with working hours during busy times, especially before onsite events and to accommodate client working hours. Responsibilities include venue search, liaison, and management, faculty communications, and maintaining financial control throughout events. The Events Manager will also establish and maintain client relations, maintain records, and ensure client communication. This will be a 12 month fixed-term contract.
