Customer Experience Associate

Flock Safety seeks candidates for a fully remote Customer Experience Associate role, emphasizing exemplary time management, multitasking, critical thinking, and communication skills. The role requires flexibility with working hours, including potential evenings and weekends. The 90-day plan includes learning the role, systems, and tools, taking on cases, and contributing to knowledge bases, with expectations to become self-sufficient and propose improvements.
