Job Description

Flock Safety seeks candidates for a fully remote Customer Experience Associate role, emphasizing exemplary time management, multitasking, critical thinking, and communication skills. The role involves becoming an expert on Flock Safety, providing high-quality assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include empowering customers with tips, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues, making product recommendations, and contributing to the Customer Help Center. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and experience troubleshooting technical software. The role requires flexibility with working hours, including potential evenings and weekends. The 90-day plan includes learning the role, systems, and tools, taking on cases, and contributing to knowledge bases, with expectations to become self-sufficient and propose improvements.
