Practice Director- Post Quantum Cryptography

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead GuidePoint's Post-Quantum Cryptography advisory practice from the ground up, defining services and go-to-market strategy.
• Manage the practice's P&L and achieve KPIs for revenue, utilization, and margin.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of PQC consultants.

Client Engagement:

• Partner with CISOs and enterprise security architects to assess cryptographic posture and develop quantum-readiness strategies.
• Oversee delivery of PQC readiness assessments, cryptographic inventory analysis, and migration roadmaps.
• Lead pre-sales activities including executive workshops and SOW scoping.

Team Development:

• Serve as a coach for professional development in applied cryptography.
• Author comprehensive business and technical collateral.
• Foster collaboration across regional and practice boundaries.
