Job Description
The Project Manager at MHI is more than a typical βIT PMβ coordinating timelines, responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and high priority tasks. They must understand the configuration and solutioning aspects of the project to support the customer and ensure their asks are realistic. The PM also keeps the MHI NSAW developers/consultants updated with project details and timeline nuances.
Role responsibilities include leading project management activities like project planning, creating work breakdown structures, and managing change control. The Project Manager should act as a lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple concurrent projects to quality, on-time, and on-budget implementations, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. A strong understanding of ERP systems is needed, along with excellent communication skills.
Candidates should have an undergraduate degree or MBA, 5+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations and a strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services.
