Job Description
The Training Evaluation Manager is responsible for the overall evaluation of Equip’s clinical training programs to ensure fidelity to patient care protocols. The Training Evaluation Manager will report to the Director of Clinical Quality and will oversee a small team of fidelity raters and will collaborate with the Data & Insights team on the development of automated fidelity measurement tools to monitor fidelity to treatment. The Training Evaluation Manager will collaborate with Clinical Training, Program Development, and Care Delivery teams on implementing improvements based on fidelity data.
The Training Evaluation manager will have experience in clinical training and research with an emphasis on training or program evaluation. Responsibilities include managing a team of fidelity raters, developing reports, and collaborating with the Data & Insights team. Also generate reports to provide feedback and recommendations to the Clinical Training team, Care Delivery teams, and to Senior Leadership for improvements to fidelity and training at Equip and partner with stakeholders on implementing and testing changes made.
