Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated discipline designs including layouts, calculations, and specifications that align with engineering intent.
- Lead technical design reviews to reinforce TEECOM standards and identify coordination risks early.
- Maintain clear documentation of decisions and client-specific nuances across project tools.
Mentorship and Leadership:
- Mentor Designers and engineers through structured coaching, quarterly feedback, and hands-on design guidance.
- Strengthen team capability by engaging in design reviews and cross-discipline discussions.
- Contribute to training resources that accelerate the growth of junior engineers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with discipline-specific capability.
- Proficiency in Autodesk products, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
