How you'll spend your day:
- Leading projects from early design through construction administration, including trade coordination and schedule tracking.
- Mentoring team members and holding the team accountable to deadlines and quality expectations.
- Traveling to project sites up to 30% as needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensed architect with a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture and 12+ years of experience.
- At least 8 years of construction administration experience with full lifecycle responsibility.
- Advanced Revit proficiency and strong technical detailing skills.
Additional Information:
- $125,000 - $135,000 plus annual discretionary bonus eligibility.
