About the Job:
- Own projects from approval through closeout and warranty period.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, landlords, contractors, and vendors.
About You:
- 6+ years of construction, store development, or retail project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and ACC.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering.
