Position Responsibilities:
- Independently coordinate work of Project Architects and balance multidiscipline efforts throughout project development.
- Lead design work sessions and facilitate collaboration with internal team members and partner representatives.
- Manage design process from schematic design through project opening, including budget tracking and permit coordination.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of healthcare design standards, permitting processes, and construction coordination.
- Ability to communicate effectively with operational leaders, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial terms and principles for project budgeting and cost tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of related architectural, design, or healthcare project management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit proficiency strongly preferred.
