Director of Construction, North America Flagship

Project Leadership & Technical Execution:

• Lead planning, design coordination, and execution for flagship projects including ground-up construction and core & shell scope.
• Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve constructability issues proactively.
• Own end-to-end delivery of concurrent projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership:

• Build and coordinate a diverse team of internal partners and external architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Partner with Real Estate, Store Design, Finance, and Legal to align construction execution with business objectives.
• Maintain trust-based relationships with landlords, developers, and municipal officials.

Budget, Contracts & Vendor Management:

• Develop and negotiate project budgets and construction contracts (GMP, lump sum, CM-at-risk).
• Lead contractor selection via RFP development, bid leveling, and negotiation.
• Track project costs and ensure budget compliance across the portfolio.
