Your Impact:
- Build and run the operating rhythm for our Regional Project Manager team.
- Own the metrics, cadence, and accountability that ensure every home modification installation meets timeline, budget, and quality.
What You'll Do:
- Define and own the KPI framework for Regional PMs, including on-time completion, budget variance, and SLAs.
- Run regular performance reviews with each Regional PM against those metrics.
- Build dashboards and standardize installation tracking across regions.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years managing a distributed field team in construction or home services.
- Track record of building KPI frameworks from scratch.
- Comfortable working with data to drive decisions and managing teams through change.
