Product Ops Manager

Overview:

• Responsible for establishing and managing the operational framework for Demand Marketing.
• Serves as central point of operational oversight for all initiatives.
• Ensures projects are planned, prioritized, tracked, and delivered effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Stand up and own a centralized project management system in Microsoft Planner and/or Project.
• Translate H2 OKRs into tracked workstreams with owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Run the operating rhythm: status check-ins, deadline tracking, and risk flagging.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in project/program management spanning services/agency and product environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Planner and/or Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
