About the Role:
- The Product Readiness Manager owns the operational infrastructure and cross-functional execution that ensures new products are ready for successful market launch.
- This role manages the Early Adopter Program's operational layer and leads internal launch readiness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational execution of the Early Adopter Program, including scheduling, CRM tracking, sandbox provisioning, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain launch readiness frameworks and go/no-go checklists for all product releases.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and Support.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or program management.
- Bachelor's Degree required; SaaS or clinical trial industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional coordination.
