Role Overview:
- Act as customer operations liaison to lead multiple market ready health care solutions and services launch projects simultaneously.
- Mobilize cross-functional efforts to define strategies, develop tools and execute programs.
- Manage launch through early access pilots to commercial availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute on multiple solution or services introductions.
- Create and manage plans to achieve launch goals and execute scalable launch strategies.
- Lead customer operations team in identifying outcomes and operational performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience in program management, project management, product management, consulting, or business operations in a SaaS company.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.
