Customer Operations Launch Manager

Role Overview:

• Act as customer operations liaison to lead multiple market ready health care solutions and services launch projects simultaneously.
• Mobilize cross-functional efforts to define strategies, develop tools and execute programs.
• Manage launch through early access pilots to commercial availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute on multiple solution or services introductions.
• Create and manage plans to achieve launch goals and execute scalable launch strategies.
• Lead customer operations team in identifying outcomes and operational performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience in program management, project management, product management, consulting, or business operations in a SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.
