Fullstack Software Engineer

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’d be responsible for helping maintain the core platform that compensation admins use to build and operate sales compensation models in CaptivateIQ. Responsibilities include designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality. You will work across the full product stack to develop and improve product features and participate in the product development process from start to finish, from scoping projects to measuring their success. You should maintain high engineering and security standards, and continuously improve our codebases and processes as well as work with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale. You will participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and maintaining system uptime.
