• Help identify data center capacity opportunities.
• Lead the RFP and commercial sourcing process.
• Negotiate term sheets and manage the LOI process.

• Own the overall facilities operations strategy for one or more data center sites.
• Lead facilities engineers, technicians, and mangers across 24/7X365 operations.
• Track, analyze, and improve Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and other efficiency metrics.

• Execute ERCOT PUN load registration, modeling inputs, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate telemetry, metering, and data validation activities.
• Support day-to-day PUN load operations, including monitoring performance and assisting with forecasting inputs.
