Performance Testing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance testing initiatives for banking and fintech clients, ensuring scalable and reliable server-side capabilities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal engineering teams to define testing strategies and quality benchmarks.
• Execute performance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6, and analyze results with Splunk and Datadog.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Iliad T3 and hands-on knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Scripting skills in Python, Java, Scala, or Shell.
• Strong familiarity with Splunk and Datadog for monitoring and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices.
• Background working with regulated environments and secure SDLC practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
