Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account teams to develop customer solutions.
- Present expertise to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership.
- Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs for Cortex.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead customer demonstrations showcasing the value proposition.
- Scope and lead Proof of Value projects for prospective customers.
- Drive high technical validation and PoV win rates.
Customer Interaction:
- Discuss product alignment with customer requirements.
- Architect solutions to strengthen security posture.
- Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases.
