Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Schedule and Compensation:

• Work during peak hours: weekdays 3-9 PM and weekends 8 AM-2 PM in a part-time role.
• Earn $65 per billable hour for independent licensure (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT) or $45 for LMSW/LGPC with supervision.
• Eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses to boost earnings.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C with experience working with children and families.
• Comfortable independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred and commitment to culturally responsive care.
