Responsibilities:
- Lead development of advanced models and experimentation frameworks.
- Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines in a cloud based framework.
- Develop and refine NLP pipelines to extract structured information from unstructured clinical documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience either in healthcare or data analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience working for payor companies or healthcare systems.
- Proficient in SQL and at least 1 other programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in StrataJazz or similar decision support system.
- HIPAA compliance or experience with OMOP/standardized data models.
- HL7/FHIR standards and Data Ethics/Privacy.
