O&M Reliability Manager

Role Overview:

• This is a highly visible role focused on operational reliability, asset integrity, and continuous improvement across the company's global O&M portfolio.
• Based in the UK on a remote or hybrid basis, it requires international travel to conduct plant audits and inspections for safe, compliant, and high-performing operations.
• The position works closely with the Group HSE Director to drive operational integrity, risk reduction, and proactive safety initiatives while building strong global stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational assurance and reliability programmes across various plant types, ensuring consistent standards and effective follow-up of corrective actions.
• Support major incident investigations, behavioral safety initiatives, and cross-site learning activities to enhance operational performance.
• Deliver regular operational and reliability reporting to senior leadership and Group HSE functions, supporting preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Environmental Engineering, or Business Management, with at least 5 years of experience in O&M for power generation, waste-to-energy, or process industries.
• Must have a strong understanding of boiler systems, steam cycles, rotating equipment, and process operations, with experience in multi-site and international industrial environments.
• Proven background in operations, maintenance, reliability, or asset integrity roles is essential, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in CMMS, DCS/SCADA systems, and MS Office.
