- Establish strategic relationships with IDMs, fabs, and distributors.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and LTAs.
- Drive supplier performance using KPIs.
Cost & Value Management:
- Own year-over-year cost reduction initiatives.
- Analyze cost drivers for active components.
- Partner with Engineering to influence design choices.
Supply Assurance & Risk Management:
- Manage allocation-prone and long lead-time components.
- Develop mitigation plans for geopolitical and EOL risks.
- Support business continuity planning.
