Responsibilities:
- Preparing budget estimates, cost plans and tender documents.
- Post-contract valuation, cost report and final account negotiations.
- Measuring and scaling off from drawings and using CostX software.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work on secondment and proactive in personal development.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Enthusiastic, keen to learn new skills, gain hands on experience and achieve formal qualifications.
