Platform Engineer - Commercial Services Tools

What You'll Do:

• Build best-in-class AI features end to end — RAG pipelines, agentic workflows and LLM apps on AWS Bedrock — and ship them to production fast.
• Design and ship async Python services (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2 async) that stream live job progress to users over WebSocket/SSE.
• Build and own features in the React/TypeScript portal that global services teams rely on every day.

Requirements:

• 2+ years building and shipping real production software with strong Python and async REST APIs experience.
• Built at least one real agent or RAG application with understanding of embeddings, vector search, chunking, and prompting.
• Comfortable across the stack with working knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and foundational AWS (IAM, Docker).
