Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to lead our ETH MEV team, in designing and deploying high-performance systems that interact with the Ethereum network. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for ETH. The role will oversee the development and maintenance of MEV bots, searchers, and relayers interacting with Ethereum. Set engineering priorities and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of projects from research to production.
Further responsibilities involve developing and implementing strategies to optimize performance and provide insight on best practices working with validators and traders in regards to ETH. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions and working on special data analysis projects, as needed.
