Role Mission:

You will own paid social video editing for Superpower, working within a small remote team to deliver high-craft video content swiftly and asynchronously with a U.S.-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle diverse video production types, including UGC reformats and podcast clips, ensuring all cuts meet specified quality benchmarks.
  • Manage and organize an asset library meticulously, enabling rapid retrieval and maintaining efficiency for the entire editing team.
  • Communicate effectively using async tools like Loom, ensuring time zone differences are transparent and collaboration remains seamless.

Background & Skills:

  • Requires 4+ years in paid social or short-form video editing, with proven experience for DTC brands or creators.
  • Must demonstrate expertise in Premiere or Final Cut, intermediate After Effects skills, and a strong capacity for independent work.
  • Candidates should exhibit a craft-first mindset, valuing remote work by choice and thriving in a structured, high-velocity creative environment.
