Your day-to-day:

  • Edit short-form video for paid social from creative briefs and raw footage, building strong hooks and pacing to stop the scroll.
  • Partner with creative strategists to translate briefs into visual choices and incorporate performance data.
  • Produce multiple cuts and variants for testing across platforms, staying current on trends.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 1–3 years of experience editing video for paid social or digital marketing, with a strong reel demonstrating short-form editing chops.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, with an understanding of specs and best practices across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable with a curiosity about strategy and data.
