Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement data transformations to convert raw medical claims into canonical models using healthcare coding standards.
• Perform detailed audits and write SQL queries to validate data accuracy and identify overpayment patterns.
• Serve as SME on claims coding and adjudication rules, mentoring analysts and partnering with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years working with healthcare claims data and deep knowledge of claim types, coding systems, and standard forms.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with payment integrity, overpayment detection, and CMS regulations.
• Strong communication skills to discuss healthcare process with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
