What You’ll Do:
- Own internal and customer-facing analyses that measure how RightMove’s care model affects outcomes, utilization, and total cost of care.
- Build and maintain comparison groups, risk adjustment approaches, and measurement methodologies that withstand external review.
- Translate complex medical data into practical recommendations that improve savings, quality, and patient navigation.
What Success Looks Like:
- Credible measurement methodologies that withstand scrutiny from health plan and employer actuarial teams.
- Analyses that directly support renewals, expansions, and new partnership conversations.
- Repeatable reporting built on reusable datasets and documented methods rather than one-off analyses.
About You:
- A practitioner who stays close to the data and is skeptical of your own numbers.
- Able to explain a methodology to a non-technical audience and defend it to an actuary.
- Comfortable working with incomplete healthcare data without overstating what it supports.
