Key Responsibilities:
- Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to ensure reliable insights.
- Monitor key marketing and business performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Design, prioritize, and evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Requirements:
- Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Google Sheets skills.
- Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
