Job Description
Responsible for providing first-line technical support for users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our SaaS platform. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues. Lead technical onboarding for new users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the platform. Develop and enhance mobile functionality, optimizing user experience across devices. Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs, ensuring smooth platform performance. Assist with feature updates and testing, improving user experience and product functionality. Maintain detailed documentation of common support issues, resolutions, and product updates. Communicate with customers via email, chat, and support tickets to provide clear, helpful guidance. Manage version control using GitHub, collaborating on platform improvements.
