Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Operations: Own day-to-day annotation pipeline health, build escalation systems, and transition from manual operations to automated systems.
- Quality & Systems: Build validation systems anchored on model metrics, develop anomaly detection models, and reduce manual QA burden through automation.
- Vendor & Vision: Define performance metrics for annotators, build training systems, and own the automation roadmap for computer vision and predictive labeling.
