Job Description
As a Principal Engineering Program Manager, you will be at the helm of delivering the next generation of Lime vehicles and accessories, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence across all aspects of the product development. You will lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, collaborating with key stakeholders from product management, engineering, design, operations, supply chain, legal, and policy teams. Your ability to anticipate bottlenecks, drive technical decisions, manage escalations, and make strategic trade-offs will be key to balancing business needs with technical constraints. You will align cross-functional workstreams, provide strong execution leadership, and be adept in navigating through ambiguity—all while ensuring that the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
