Lead Therapist

The Lead Therapist will work with the CMO to implement a training program for Wraparound psychotherapy, implement SOPs, and ensure care is provided in accordance with standards. They will oversee, supervise and mentor a team of therapists, monitor key clinical and operational metrics, and create a culture of accountability through regular performance reviews, goal setting, and data-driven decision making. The therapist will also conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and continuity of care. The Lead Therapist will improve processes to ensure patient outcomes and work with operations, marketing, product, and sales team to support business objectives.
