As a Therapist Supervisor, you will help recruit, onboard, train, support, and manage a team of therapists who provide clinical care to patients and their families. You will provide clinical supervision and consultation, working closely with clinical leadership to create a positive work environment and support therapists in delivering high-quality cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and OCD.

The Functional Chief for Clinical Counseling manages the clinical counseling program, ensuring high-quality care to FFSP patients. They develop and implement strategies to support client's mental well-being and improve program effectiveness, supervise clinical staff, provide evidence-based counseling services and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program accessibility.
