Lead Therapist

The Lead Therapist will be responsible for clinical supervision and operational management of a team of therapists, in addition to providing direct patient care themselves. The Lead Therapist will work closely with the Clinical leadership team to provide effective clinical supervision in the evidence-based treatments that Equip provides to patients and ensure work productivity that supports the goals of the business. The Lead Therapist is motivated by the ultimate goal of providing the highest quality evidence-based treatments for eating disorders so that everyone can achieve lasting recovery. Effectively manage a team of therapists, including setting performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, writing and delivering performance reviews, and initiating performance improvement plans when necessary. Provide evidence-based family-based treatment, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic. Serve as case manager for assigned patients, coordinating care across a multidisciplinary treatment team along with outside providers.Utilize data to manage a team of therapists to meet operational and quality-focused company and team goals. Execute change management tactics, effectively disseminating information to therapists, managing accountability to productivity goals and Care Delivery policies and procedures.
