Agentic Platform Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design and operate platform-oriented core services that support high-scale distributed systems across OnePay’s product ecosystem
• Architect, build, and manage Kafka-based event streaming systems that power real-time data flows and mission-critical financial workflows
• Develop internal developer tooling and shared infrastructure that improve velocity, reliability, and observability across engineering teams

You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering within fintech, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems environments
• Strong hands-on experience designing, operating, and scaling Kafka-based event-driven architectures
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and high-availability platform services

Tools We Use:

• We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS
• On the client side, we build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native
