Data Infrastructure & Systems Management:
- Manage the Hotline's data collection and telecommunications systems, ensuring infrastructure supports evolving needs.
- Establish data governance standards, including validation protocols and quality control procedures across all sources.
- Develop and maintain routine reports for internal assessment, performance tracking, and external requests.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct robust, multi-layered analysis to identify trends and patterns informing program decisions and stakeholder reporting.
- Design and maintain performance dashboards and visualizations that communicate key insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Lead the development of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with requirements.
Team Leadership & Operations:
- Directly supervise the CQI Specialist, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support.
- Conduct training to foster a data-informed culture and ensure consistent application of data standards across the team.
- Participate in key Hotline meetings and maintain strong working relationships to support project goals and engagement initiatives.
