Responsibilities:
- Manage budget builds and lead monthly variance analysis for assigned portfolios.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for investors and leadership.
- Conduct financial analysis to support hold/sell decisions and portfolio expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- 4-5+ years of experience in real estate, asset management, or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel, Sigma proficiency, and comfort with AI-powered workflows.
