Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete monthly reporting and assist the Accounting Manager in audit processes.
- Oversee accuracy and productivity of property management accounting and financial activities.
- Coordinate integration of new properties into the accounting workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA is an asset.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive property accounting experience in commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MRI; strong communication and analytical skills.
