Senior Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as accounting lead for assigned CCRC management contracts, partnering with operations and finance leadership.
• Oversee month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP.
• Manage, coach, and develop accounting staff, ensuring quality and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and active CPA license required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience with 4+ years of people management, preferably in non-profit.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, multi-entity environments, and external audit support.
