Operations Manager - Financial Products

This role involves several key responsibilities:

• Fintech Program Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of fintech programs, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
• Sponsor Bank Relationship: Build and maintain a strong partnership with the sponsor bank to adhere to regulatory standards and program requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including payments, product, customer service, and engineering.

Responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day management of our fintech programs.
• Build and maintain a working relationship with our processor and 3rd party vendors.
• Oversee new product feature implementation launches.
