As the Customer Automation Engineer, you'll translate complex customer SOPs into agentic workflows and conduct thorough agent testing and validation. You will proactively identify and implement automation opportunities across all customer touchpoints, monitoring for inefficiencies and proposing automatable solutions. This role involves completing tasks on schedule, communicating updates to stakeholders, and reviewing automated conversations for accuracy. You'll also build and configure automation workflows, including API integrations, and translate Sienaβs feature roadmap into real customer value.
