Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns across META, Google Ads, Reddit, TikTok, and other patient-facing platforms. Campaigns will be optimized to maximize CPL (Cost per Lead), CPS (Cost per Screen), and overall ROI. The ideal candidate will collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to translate study goals into digital strategy and manage website updates and landing page optimization to drive conversions. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance with clear metrics and actionable insights and staying current with digital marketing trends and compliance requirements.
