You engage with technical, product, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions. You design, develop, and test personalization solutions focusing on sorting, filtering, and recommendations. You create and refine forecasting models using time series and machine learning methods to capture customer preferences. You formulate and solve complex optimization problems (linear, nonlinear, dynamic, stochastic) through personalization to maximize defined KPIs. You stay updated on the latest research in personalization techniques but are not afraid to use classical solutions when relevant. You work closely with product managers, MLOps engineers, and software developers to deploy end-to-end solutions and continuously improve models.
