Job Description
ETL Pipeline Management: Develop, manage, and optimize ETL pipelines for clinical, genomic, and research data. Ensure data quality, reliability, and harmonization following standards. Research and apply emerging technologies to enhance data infrastructure.
Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with researchers, bioinformaticians, and IT teams to design data systems. Mentor junior engineers and analysts, and lead collaborative projects. Support reproducible research through version control and documentation.
Data Infrastructure and Compliance: Create and maintain relational and non-relational databases to support research. Implement APIs and data access layers for secure interoperability. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and reproducibility.
