Retail Construction Project Manager - Canada

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the North American SSP and Construction team.
• Managing retail shop fit outs, refits, refreshes, closures and maintenance.
• Managing Capex, estimates, project actuals and capex forecast.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience in retail construction and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in a project lead role and knowledge of carpentry and millwork.
• Strong budget analysis and management skills.

Skills:

• Ability to develop relationships and leverage business partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to self manage and take ownership.
